Why am I getting error message when signing in to Kid Connect?
Answer
If your account is created before Dec 2015 and haven't sign in until now, your old Kid Connect ID login information may no longer work due to enhanced security.
If you signed up for Kid Connect during the process of registering your child's VTech toy, you must now use the same email address and password you entered during registration as your Kid Connect ID and password.
All other users who created accounts using the smartphone version of the app have had their accounts closed for security reasons. If this applies to you, touch the Sign Up button on the login screen of the Kid Connect app to create a new account.
You may also be required to change your password and agree to the latest T&C to continue using Kid Connect.
InnoTab and DigiGo owners:
1. Connect your VTech toy to your computer and open Learning Lodge.
2. Follow the instructions to change your password and agree to the privacy policy.
InnoTab MAX owners:
1. Register your tablet if you have not done so yet.
2. Update the firmware of your InnoTab MAX to the latest version. After the update, follow the instructions to change your password and agree to the privacy policy.
