Click "OK" when you have finished.
An email with further instructions will be sent to you.
If you do not receive the email within an hour, check your junk mail/spam folder.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact VTech's Customer Service department for assistance.
Click to open the link within the email through a browser to reset the Learning Lodge™ account password.
Enter a new password and repeat it in the confirmation field. Click "OK" when you have finished.
The password must be at least 8 characters in length, contain both upper and lower case letters, and have a number in it.
When the password is updated, a successful message will be given.
